Label and sample versatility
- Designed to image chemiluminescence, UV-fluorescence, and colorimetric labels
- Epi- and transillumination options allow imaging of gels, blots, microplates, colony plate assays and more
Quantitative imaging performance
- Detects fluorescent signals at picomole to femtomole levels and is as sensitive as autoradiography film for most chemiluminence applications
- Captures 16-bit single images with n-bit file accumulations providing excellent linearity (dynamic range of > 4 orders of magnitude) enabling visualization and accurate quantitation of faint and bright bands
Complete system ready to use
- Includes camera, imaging cabinet, motorized 6 position filter wheel, roll-out trans UV (365nm bulbs optional), fold down white light table, computer system and Molecular Imaging (MI) Software 5.0.3.
